We offer 2 test solutions. That are - In-Circuit test and Functional test.
In-Circuit test: Higher volume production assemblies require efficient and cost-effective in-circuit testing. We develop In-Circuit test solutions and provide you the test coverage reports that help in understanding the risk with the product. Products are also designed with the test in mind so as to provide for easier test development and high test coverage. Test reporting also provides essential feedback to manufacturing, enabling process improvements and higher final product quality. We have two makes of In-Circuit Testing equipment’s which handle more than 1024 test points at a time. The functional testing capability is also built in within the In-Circuit testers and these features allow us to provide an economical and a faster test solution to the customer.
Functional test: We provide final functional test solutions of choice for low to medium volume products. Our engineers work closely with customers to develop test equipment’s or fixtures that can simulate the product operating environment and provide a 100% functionality verification. Functional testing goes beyond simple verification of components to ensure the product will work in the field, where it counts most. Functional testing is the ultimate insurance of a working product,ct. In most cases, customers provide a ‘black box’ test method to exercise the product. Every product needs a different approach to perform a functional test. Our competent engineering team can also develop customized bench testing systems in-house, perfectly suited to your exact product. We also have the capability to provide to the customer an automatic functional test solution as per the product need and have demonstrated such solutions to more than one customer.
